Presentation Summary

The intersection of cloud-native architecture and Records Management involves leveraging cloud-native technologies and services to manage an organization's records in a more efficient and cost-effective manner. This can include using serverless computing and cloud storage to simplify the ingestion, processing, storage, and retrieval of records, while also maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Cloud-native architecture is an approach to designing and deploying applications that are optimized for the cloud computing environment. It involves building applications as a set of loosely-coupled, microservices that are designed to be highly scalable, resilient, and adaptable to changing business needs. Cloud-native architectures also leverage cloud services, such as serverless computing, to reduce infrastructure overhead and increase agility.

Records management, on the other hand, is the practice of managing an organization's records throughout their lifecycle, from creation to disposal. Effective records management involves creating policies and procedures to ensure that records are captured, stored, and disposed of in a secure and compliant manner. Records management also involves ensuring that records are easily accessible and searchable when needed.
