Complying with CCPA: An Overview of the AG’s Proposed Regulations
On October 10, 2019, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra released his proposed regulations for the California Consumer Privacy Act. While the final regulations are not expected to be released until Spring of 2020, companies with customers who live in California will still be expected to comply with the Act starting January 1, 2020. Join us as we provide an overview of the proposed regulations, how to implement, as well as what might or might not change between now and Spring. This is certain to be lively discussion.
